So May and June have come and gone, now what? Well, this journey is only half over: The window to help your new EAs rank advance to REA doesn’t end until 30 days after their enrollment!

You’ve got a golden opportunity to grow your team, ignite momentum, and pocket fast bonuses by helping a new Energy Advisor hit Regional EA in their first 30 days. Here’s how:
- Enroll a new EA in May or June.
- Help them reach Regional Energy Advisor within 30 days.
- When they do:
- They earn a $200 ($100 Rank Advancement Bonus “RAB” + $100 Accelerated Rank Advancement Bonus) as a Fast Thinker REA.
- You earn a $400 (FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR) sponsor bonus — just for helping them get there.
It’s a powerful way to build your team, earn quick cash, and boost your long-term Think+ earnings.
Key Details
- New EA must enroll between May 1– June 30, 2025.
- They must achieve Regional EA rank within 30 days of enrollment.
- Rank advancements must be achieved as outlined by the Think Plus Energy Advisor Compensation Plan, and not through any promotion.
Fine Print
- Placement of customers in your downline to manipulate rankings will be STRICTLY enforced. Offenders will lose any prize(s) and be subject to compliance review and possible suspension. Rank advancements will be reviewed.
- Newly enrolled EAs, during this time, are not eligible for additional compensation. They will be paid the standard $200 for the RAB and Accelerated RAB
- EA Sponsors are not limited to the number of new personally sponsored EAs within the promotion period.
- Rank Advancement and Accelerate Rank Advancement bonuses are paid during Monthly Residual cycles, the 3rd Friday of each month. The Sponsor bonuses will be paid at the same time.
- The final possible date for payment will be Friday, August 15th.
